بررسی و تبیین تأثیر روایتگری سازمانی در ایجاد فرهنگ اخلاق‌مدار و معنوی

چکیده

روایتگری سازمانی سال‌هاست که در علم مدیریت بارها مورد بحث قرار گرفته، و از مزایای به‌کارگیری آن در سازمان فراوان گفته شده ­است، ولی متأسفانه در پژوهش­های داخلی فقط یک تحقیق در ­این زمینه شایان توجه بوده است. با توجه به خلأ نظری یادشده، بر آن شدیم شیوة بهره­گیری از مهم‌ترین موضوع‌های مطرح در­ مدیریت، یعنی فرهنگ، اخلاق و معنویت را از روایتگری سازمانی، شرح دهیم. در این پژوهش قدرت بهره‌گیری از روایتگری توسط رهبران و در نتیجه انتقال آن‌ها به فرهنگ سازمانی طوری است که ­اعضای سازمان ارتباط با یک جامعة بزرگتر و هدف عالی­تر را احساس کنند. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات توصیفی و کاربردی است. دو فرضیة پژوهش تأثیر روایتگری در ایجاد فرهنگ ­اخلاق­مدار و معنوی است و ابزار جمع­آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه است، روایی محتوا و پایایی با محاسبة آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. جامعة پژوهش کارکنان صنعت برق است و تعداد نمونه 131 نفر برآورد شد. تحلیل اطلاعات به‌وسیلة نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و لیزرل انجام گرفت و برای آزمودن فرضیه‌ها از آزمون تی‌ یک‌طرفه و بر اساس آن فرضیه‌های پژوهش به میزان 95 درصد تأیید شد. امید است پژوهش یادشده با منابع غنی به‌کارگرفته‌شده در آن، فتح بابی بر تحقیقات آتی مبحث مغفول ماندة روایتگری سازمانی باشد.
