پایبندی مدیران به اخلاق، و مدیریت شایعه در سازمان‌های دولتی ایران

چکیده

شایعه با توجه به ماهیت و قدرت تأثیرگذاری آن می­تواند اضطراب اجتماعی را افزایش و بهره­وری و تولید را کاهش دهد و حتی اعتبار اجتماعی کارکنان، مدیران، مؤسسات و سازمان­ها را خدشه­دار کند. در این زمینه انتظار می­رود افرادی که به اصول اخلاقی پایبندترند، در درک، تجزیه‌وتحلیل و مدیریت شایعه، رفتاری متمایز داشته باشند. هدف این پژوهش، تشریح مفاهیمی مانند شایعه و بررسی شیوه­های مدیریت و کنترل اخلاقی آن در سازمان­ها است. دو پرسشنامة استاندارد (با آلفای 82/0 برای مدیریت شایعه و 91/0 برای پایبندی به اخلاق) بین مدیران، معاونان و کارشناسان ارشد چهار وزارتخانه توزیع شد. نتایج نشان می­دهد به‌طور کلی، بین پایبندی مدیران به اصول اخلاقی و مدیریت شایعه توسط آن­ها در سازمان­ها ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. در ضمن، یافته­ها حاکی از آن است که تحصیلات، جنسیت، سابقه و سمت شغلی، بر مدیریت شایعه و پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی تأثیر دارند.
