رابطة هوش کارکنان و بلوغ هوشمندی کسب‌وکار در سازمان‌های کاربر سیستم‌های هوشمند

چکیده

امروزه به‌کارگیری مفاهیمی مانند هوشمندی کسب‌وکار به‌دلیل ایفای نقش در تصمیم‌گیری سازمانی و ارتقای بهره‌وری در صنایع مختلف بسیار مورد توجه است. شناخت و ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر در پیشرفت سیستم‌های هوشمندی کسب‌و‌کار در سازمان بسیار اهمیت دارد. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی ارتباط بلوغ سیستم‌های هوشمندی کسب‌و‌کار در یک سازمان با انواع هوش کارکنان درگیر با این سیستم‌ها انجام گرفته است. در این تحقیق سه نوع هوش فرهنگی، هیجانی و منطقی ارزیابی شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی با روش توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعة آماری شامل مدیران و کارکنان شرکت‌های ایرانی می‌شوند که سیستم‌های هوشمندی کسب‌و‌کار را به‌کار می‌گیرند. 313 نفر از بین کارکنان و 48 مدیر به روش تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان نمونة آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه است. آزمون Z و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش، و تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی فازی برای تعیین وزن شاخص‌ها به‌کار گرفته شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد میان بلوغ هوشمندی کسب‌و‌کار و هوش فرهنگی، هیجانی و منطقی رابطة معنادار وجود دارد
