بررسی رابطۀ بین شهرت سازمانی ادراک‌شده توسط کارکنان و تمایل به ترک خدمت با میانجی‌گری رضایت شغلی

چکیده

درک کارکنان از چگونگی رفتار سازمان با آن‌ها و محیط اطراف، شکل‌دهندة تصویر سازمانی یا همان شهرت سازمان از منظر کارکنان است و این تصویر تأثیر قابل توجهی بر رضایت و رفتار کارکنان خواهد گذاشت. از این رو، در پژوهش حاضر رابطة بین شهرت سازمانی ادراک‌شده توسط کارکنان و تمایل به ترک خدمت با توجه به متغیر میانجی رضایت شغلی بررسی شده است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی - همبستگی انجام گرفت. برای گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه به‌کار گرفته شد. این پژوهش در سطح کارکنان یکی از شرکت‌های فعال در صنعت نفت ایران انجام گرفت. حجم نمونة پژوهش حاضر 202 نفر بود که با روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با نرم‌افزار لیزرل نشان داد شهرت سازمانی و رضایت شغلی بخش زیادی از تمایل به ترک خدمت کارکنان را تبیین می‌کند. همچنین، اثر متغیر میانجی رضایت مشتری تأیید شد.
