طبقه‌بندی گونه‌های پیچیدگی و رتبه‌بندی سازمان‌ها بر اساس میزان پیچیدگی

چکیده

تغییرات سریع محیطی و پیشرفت سریع فناوری در کنار گسترده‌تر شدن فضای ارتباطی و حجم زیاد اطلاعات موجب شده سازمان‌ها پیچیده‌تر از گذشته و نحوة مدیریت آن‌ها بسیار دشوارتر شود. هدف این مقاله در مرحلة اول شناسایی مهم‌ترین گونة پیچیدگی‌های سازمانی و در مرحلة دوم مشخص کردن رتبه‌بندی سازمان‌ها بر پایة میزان پیچیدگی از بین سه نوع سازمان ـ خدماتی و کشاورزی و صنعتی ـ بود. تحقیق حاضر از منظر روش تحقیقْ کمّی و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها به روش فرایند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی (AHP) است. جامعة آماری 16 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی بودند که در حوزة صنعت، خدمات، یا کشاورزی فعالیت داشتند. یافته‌ها نشان داد مهم‌ترین پیچیدگی‌ها به ترتیب اهمیت عبارت‌اند از: پیچیدگی محیط (491/0)، پیچیدگی ساختاری (201/0)، پیچیدگی فناوری (169/0)، و پیچیدگی اطلاعاتی (140/0). همچنین نتایج نشان داد پیچیده‌ترین سازمان‌ها به ترتیب عبارت‌اند از: سازمان‌های صنعتی (421/0)، سازمان‌های خدماتی (348/0)، سازمان‌های کشاورزی (231/0).
