بررسی تأثیر سازۀ مثلث تاریک شخصیت بر شاخصه‌های عملکرد شغلی منابع انسانی

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سازة مثلث تاریک شخصیت بر شاخصه‌های عملکرد شغلی منابع انسانی، شامل عملکرد وظیفه‌ای و عملکرد زمینه‌ای، انجام شد. این تحقیق از نظر روش توصیفی ـ همبستگی مبتنی بر رگرسیون خطی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعة آماری شامل کارکنان دانشگاه لرستان بود که نمونه‌ای به حجم 152 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده از آن انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامة شخصیت تاریک جوناسون و وبستر (2010) و پرسشنامة عملکرد شغلی پاترسون (1989) بود. فرضیات تحقیق با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون خطی به روش Enter آزمون شد. نتایج حاکی از تأثیر منفی و معنادار سازة مثلث تاریک شخصیت بر عملکرد وظیفه‌ای و عملکرد زمینه‌ای بود.
