بررسی تأثیر گزاره‌های خودکارآمدی بر کیفیت حسابرسی: تحلیلی بر فهم فرهنگ فردگرایی

چکیده

خودکارآمدی حسابرس یک ویژگی برخاسته از تئوری‌های شناخت اجتماعی است که باعث می‌شود کیفیت حسابرسی به منزلة یک عامل تأثیرپذیر از عملکردهای حرفه‌ای حسابرسی تقویت شود و این موضوع، ضمن کاهش شفافیت‌های مالی، جذابیت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری در بازار سرمایه را به دلیل افزایش شفافیت تقویت می‌کند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط خودکارآمدی حسابرس با کیفیت حسابرسی مبتنی بر نقش تعدیل‌کنندة فرهنگ فردگرایی بود. در این پژوهش تعداد ۲۹۴ نفر از حسابرسان شاغل در سازمان حسابرسی و مؤسسات ‌حسابرسی بخش خصوصی مشارکت کردند و پژوهش در بازة زمانی شش ماه دوم سال ۱۳۹۷ صورت پذیرفت. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بود و به منظور تحلیل و آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از روش تحلیل حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش نشان داد خودکارآمدی حسابرس باعث ارتقای سطح کیفیت حسابرسی می‌شود. همچنین، مشخص شد فرهنگ فردگرایی ارتباط مثبت خودکارآمدی با کیفیت حسابرسی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد و باعث تقویت مثبت این ارتباط می‌شود.
